We are both proud and a little sad to announce the retirement of Arleen Hintlian, our Senior Property Manager and Head of Maintenance, on October 1st, 2024, after 15 years of dedicated service. Arleen has been an essential part of Martin Property Management, helping shape our company into what it is today with her expertise and tireless commitment. Many of you who have worked with her know how much care she has put into managing your properties.
On a personal note, Arleen’s retirement is especially meaningful as she is also my mother. Her leadership and support have guided not just the business, but my own journey within it. While we will miss her, we are excited for her well-deserved retirement.
