Simply log in to your Buildium Tenant Portal where you will be directed to our Property Meld Tenant Portal to submit a maintenance request. This streamlined process ensures that your requests are tracked and handled promptly by our professional team.

Important Information

  • Responsibility for Damages: Repairs or damages caused by negligence or misuse are the tenant's responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be completed, but you will be charged for the cost of labor and materials. This includes damages or plumbing blockages resulting from improper use.
  • Release of Keys: You must be available to provide access to the property for repairs.
