Scott Martin established Martin Property Management, LLC in 2011, bringing decades of real estate investment and property management experience to the Middlesex County and Greater Boston area. A licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Scott holds a B.S. in Small Business Management from New Hampshire College and has been a dedicated real estate investor for over 20 years.

Growing up in Middlesex County, Scott has deep-rooted knowledge of the local rental market and a strong commitment to providing exceptional property management services. Alongside his team, he actively oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring high-quality service for property owners and tenants. As a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Scott stays at the forefront of industry trends, legal compliance, and best practices.

Arleen plays a vital role in our family-owned business, working alongside her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Emily Martin. With 18 years of experience as an Office Manager, she brings exceptional organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency, and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.

As our Maintenance Consultant, Arleen specializes in proactive property maintenance, quickly identifying potential issues and resolving them before they become problems. Her keen understanding of tenant needs helps foster positive, long-term relationships, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience for both property owners and residents.

Paula Rooney is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience, bringing unparalleled expertise and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. A proud Waltham, MA native, Paula has been an integral part of the Martin Home Management team for more than two years, where she specializes in helping clients navigate the Greater Boston and Middlesex County real estate markets with confidence.

Before joining Martin Home Management, Paula dedicated 16 years to Southport on Cape Cod, where she successfully sold homes in one of Massachusetts' most desirable coastal communities. During her tenure, she achieved record sales numbers and helped numerous clients find their dream retirement homes. Her extensive knowledge of residential real estate, investment properties, and vacation homes, combined with her personable approach and sharp negotiation skills, makes her a trusted advisor for homeowners, buyers, and investors alike.

Paula finds joy in her personal life as a devoted wife, mother of four daughters, and proud grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren. Her family values, coupled with her genuine passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals, set her apart as a compassionate and results-driven agent.

Tania just joined the Martin Property Management team. Her customer service experience will make sure our clients are having the best experience with us. She will be having several responsibilities in her role in which she will excel at and provide her maximum effort.

Angelica Gómez is a detail-oriented Scheduling and Invoice Specialist with a strong background in customer service and administrative management.
