Do you take pets?
It depends on the owner whether he will take any pets.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Work orders are submitted on line through our website.

How long does it take to process an application?

1-2 business days.


I have a copy of my own credit report, can you use this one?
No.  This report also covers criminal and eviction history.

If I get denied do I get my money back?
No …sorry.  That is an administrative fee for the reports.

What are your rental qualifications?
You must have an income that will qualify you to pay your rent.  You must have a clear criminal and credit background. 

What is the cost of the application?

Your cost is $30.00.


When I move out, what do I need to do to receive my full security deposit back?

Landlords may charge tenants for any cleaning or repairs necessary to restore the rental unit to its condition at the beginning of the tenancy.  We take pictures upon moving in and expect the unit to be as clean as when we gave it to you.  We will send you a cleaning guide of what is normal wear and what is excessive damage.  For example: we accept moderate dirt or spotting on carpet but we will charge for rips in carpet or urine stains from pets.

We will send you a move out guide before you move out.
